КАЧЕСТВО ЖИЗНИ БОЛЬНЫХ С КОЛОСТОМАМИ ПОСЛЕ РЕЗЕКЦИИ СИГМОВИДНОЙ КИШКИ
Abstract
Цель – оценить качество жизни больных с кишечными стомами после проведения резекции сигмовидной кишки.
Материалы и методы. Для изучения влияния колостомы на качество жизни больных после резекции сигмовидной кишки было проведено анкетирование пациентов в ОБУЗ «Курская городская клиническая больница скорой медицинской помощи» с помощью опросника качества жизни
SF-36 (n=10).
Результаты. После проведения резекции сигмовидной кишки пациенты по-разному оценили состояние своего здоровья. Большей части пациентов стало легче выполнять простую повседневную работу, однако присутствуют и физические ограничения. Часть пациентов из-за состояния своего здоровья вынуждена сократить время, затрачиваемое на работу, другая часть не сталкивается с трудностями при выполнении обычной повседневной деятельности. Пациенты отметили, что интенсивность боли до резекции сигмовидной кишки была более интенсивной, чем после проведенного лечения.
Заключение. Результаты исследования показали, что операция
по резекции сигмовидной кишки и наложения кишечной стомы не изменяет качество жизни больных.
Objective: to assess the quality of life of patients with intestinal stomachs after the resection of the sigmoid intestine.
Materials and Methods. In order to study the influence of the colostomy on the quality of life of patients after resection of sigmoid bowel, a survey of patients was conducted in the ZUB «KSK Hospital of Emergency Medical Care» with the help of the SF-36 (n=10) life quality questionnaire.
Results. After the sigmoid bowel resection, all patients assessed their health differently. For the most part, it has become easier to perform simple daily tasks, but there are physical limitations. Some patients have to reduce their work time because of their state of health, while others have no difficulty in carrying out their normal daily activities. Patients noted that the pain intensity before the sigmoid resection was more intense than after the treatment.
Conclusion. After resection of sigmoid intestine and imposition of intestinal stoma, most patients continue to live a full life.
