КАЧЕСТВО ЖИЗНИ БОЛЬНЫХ С АРТРОЗАМИ КОЛЕННЫХ СУСТАВОВ ПОСЛЕ ЭНДОВАСКУЛЯРНОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ
Abstract
Цель – изучить влияние эндоваскулярного лечения на качество жизни больных с артрозами коленных суставов.
Материалы и методы. Для изучения влияния эндоваскулярного лечения на качество жизни больных было проведено анкетирование пациентов после эндоваскулярного лечения в ОБУЗ «Курская городская клиническая больница скорой медицинской помощи» с помощью опросников SF-36 и визуально-аналоговой шкалы боли (n=2).
Результаты исследования. После проведенного лечения 100% респондентов отмечают положительную динамику, заявляя о том, что им стало легче выполнять простую работу, однако при выполнении тяжелой нагрузки пациенты все еще испытывают значительные ограничения. Все больные, принявшие участие в опросе, по состоянию своего здоровья вынуждены сократить время, затрачиваемое на трудовую деятельность, а также прилагать дополнительные усилия при выполнении других дел. Эмоциональное состояние также оказывает большое влияние на деятельность респондентов. 50% опрошенных испытывают сильную боль последние 4 недели, остальные – умеренную. Пациенты отметили, что интенсивность боли после эндоваскулярной эмболизации уменьшилась.
Заключение. Исходя из результатов проведенного исследования, можно сделать вывод о том, что эндоваскулярное лечение позволяет повысить качество жизни пациентов. Пациенты, прошедшие данное лечение, отмечают положительную динамику, которая выражается в значительном снижении интенсивности боли, что облегчило выполнение повседневных дел и трудовых обязанностей. При этом пациентами зафиксирован факт постепенного возвращения боли через 2-3 месяца, что говорит о необходимости проведения дальнейших исследований, а также совершенствования методики проведения данной операции.
Objective: to study the effect of endovascular treatment on the quality of life of patients with arthrosis of the knee joints.
Materials and methods. To study the effect of endovascular treatment on the quality of life of patients, a questionnaire was conducted among patients after endovascular treatment at the KGK BSMP medical Center using SF-36 questionnaires and a visual analog pain scale (n=2).
Results. After the treatment, 100% of respondents noted positive dynamics, it became easier for them to do simple work, but patients still experience significant limitations in heavy loads. All patients who took part in the survey, due to their state of health, are forced to reduce the time spent on work, as well as make additional efforts when doing other things. The emotional state also has a great impact on the respondents' activities. 50% of the respondents have experienced severe pain in the last 4 weeks, the rest – moderate. The patients noted that the intensity of pain after endovascular embolization decreased.
Conclusion. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that endovascular treatment can improve the quality of life of patients. Patients who have undergone this treatment note a positive trend, which is expressed in a significant decrease in pain intensity, which made it easier to perform daily chores and work duties. At the same time, patients recorded the fact of a gradual return of pain after 2-3 months, which indicates the need for further research, as well as improving the methodology of this operation.
