Responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of bibliographic data rests with the author.
- Conflict of interest
After presenting the results of the study and their discussion, the authors indicate the presence/absence of a so-called conflict of interest, that is, conditions and facts that could affect the results of the study (for example, funding from interested individuals and companies, their participation in discussing the results of the study, writing the manuscript, etc.). d.).
If there are none, use the following wording: The authors declare the absence of obvious and potential conflicts of interest related to the publication of this article.

The editors also reserve the right to correct and shorten accepted materials if necessary. In addition, if required, the author undertakes to provide primary data. If an article is returned for revision, its preliminary review does not mean that the article has been accepted for publication. After receiving the new text, along with the original copy and a response to all the reviewer’s comments, the work is again reviewed by the editorial board. After making corrections, the author sends the full version of the article to the editor, including figures, tables, diagrams, etc., and not just the parts in which changes were made. The date of receipt of the article is considered the day the editors receive the final text.
The possibility of any inconsistencies with the rules for authors must be agreed with the editors.
If there is no response to the editorial comments from the authors for more than 6 months, the article is automatically considered withdrawn from consideration. Articles that do not comply with the above rules may be rejected by the editors without explanation.
The editors ensure the safety of the personal data provided.
The approximate period from the submission of an article to its publication can be up to 8 months. The journal gives priority to postgraduate and doctoral works; the deadline for their publication depends on the expected date of defense, which the authors must indicate in the primary documents attached to the manuscript.
