Основная задача исследования состояла в оценке текущего положения детей в стране по различным социально-экономическим показателям, выявить тенденции в их развитии и определить группы детей, находящихся в уязвимом положении.Материалы и методы.  Исследование базируется на информации, собранной в рамках мультииндикаторного кластерного обследования (MICS) для 2021-2022 годов, проведенного Государственным комитетом по статистике Узбекистана при поддержке Детского фонда ООН (ЮНИСЕФ) и Глобального альянса по вакцинации и иммунизации (ГАВИ). Анализ данных осуществлялся с применением стандартных методов статистической обработки.Результаты. Данная научная статья представляет обзор и анализ положения детей в Узбекистане на основе данных, полученных в рамках мультииндикаторного кластерного обследования (MICS) 2021-2022 годов. Исследование охватывает различные аспекты благополучия детей, включая образование, здоровье, социальную защиту и развитие младших возрастных групп. Положение детей в Узбекистане является предметом повышенного внимания как национальных, так и международных организаций. Мультииндикаторное кластерное обследование предоставляет ценные данные для оценки и мониторинга различных аспектов жизни детей в стране. Cреди детей умерших до года, 77% умирают в течение первого месяца жизни. За последние 15 лет наблюдается снижение младенческой смертности и смертности детей в возрасте до 5 лет, при этом коэффициент неонатальной смертности – 12 на 1000 новорожденных.Заключение. Данные MICS представляют ценный инструмент для мониторинга и оценки эффективности детских программ и политик в стране, подчеркивая важность проведенного обследования MICS в Узбекистане.</p><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to analyze data obtained during the Multi-Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) in Uzbekistan during 2021-2022. The main objective of the study was to assess the current situation of children in the country according to various socio-economic indicators, identify trends in their development and identify groups of children in vulnerable situations.Materials and methods. The study is based on information collected as part of the Multi-Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) for 2021-2022, conducted by the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunization (GAVI). Data analysis was carried out using standard statistical processing methods.Results. This scientific article provides an overview and analysis of the situation of children in Uzbekistan based on data obtained as part of the Multi-Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) 2021-2022. The research covers various aspects of children's well-being, including education, health, social protection and early childhood development. The situation of children in Uzbekistan is the subject of increased attention from both national and international organizations. The Multi-Indicator Cluster Survey provides valuable data for assessing and monitoring various aspects of the lives of children in the country. Among children who die before one year, 77% die during the first month of life. Over the past 15 years, there has been a decrease in infant mortality and mortality of children under 5 years of age, while the neonatal mortality rate is 12 per 1000 newborns.Conclusion. MICS data provide a valuable tool for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of children's programs and policies in the country, highlighting the importance of the MICS survey in Uzbekistan.</p></sec></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мультииндикаторного кластерного обследования: положение детей</kwd><kwd>детская смертность</kwd><kwd>младенческая смертность.&#13;
